Charles is a senior investment banker with over 30 years’ experience in international corporate finance. He has been involved with some of the most complex transactions of the period: Argyll’s £2.5 billion hostile bid for Distillers against Guinness (then largest UK take-over bid), WPP’s hostile US take-over of J. Walter Thompson, creating the £483 million European venture capital fund for Electra Investment Trust (then the largest European private equity fund), advising the large German conglomerate VEBA on its European joint venture with Cable and Wireless, including a purchase of £896 million shares in Cable and Wireless, then the largest ever stock market transaction. Prior to Anglo-Suisse Capital, Charles worked for Samuel Montagu, Morgan Grenfell and NatWest Markets. He was Chief Executive of London quoted Anglo Asian Mining PLC and Managing Director of LII Europe GmbH, a large German chemical company.

Stephen was previously a management consultant with Cognizant, where he had been providing mission critical operations guidance and expertise at the CxO level to both SME and large corporations in the UK, Europe, Hong Kong, USA and Canada. In his role, Steve’s focus is on driving innovation and world-class operational excellence throughout the business, ensuring Anglo-Suisse Capital delivers a professional and exacting service to its clients and investors. He has over 25 years of global experience in Operations and IT with companies such as Aviva, Telefonica, ART, RAI TV, Allstate Insurance, FPL, Prudential, GSK, STAR TV and Rolls-Royce Cars.

After 30 years' experience in listed small/mid cap equity research, broking & ECM distribution, Robin now also provides equity capital solutions for private/unlisted ‘micro cap’ companies in the UK and Europe. He introduce corporates to appropriate investor networks and helps corporate management teams with their ongoing investor relations.
Institutional Sales
Prior to working at Merrill Lynch, Simon started his career running his own safari operations in Botswana. At Merrill Lynch he was responsible for relationships with sub-Saharan Africa, incorporating both government, corporate, institutions and UHNWs.. Simon was a top producer Oppenheimer & Co International Bank as Senior Vice President covering Africa and the Middle East. He build up international relationships for Investec to open up selected African markets. Simon was a partner with The Harrier Group of Funds. Simon's interests involved owing a game farm in Limpopo and holding an extensive property portfolio in South Africa. He raises capital for select businesses as well as advising and mentoring emerging market stock brokers. Simon was one of the key founders of Bana Ba Metsi, a school built for underprivileged children and orphans in the Okavango Delta, Botswana.
Institutional Sales
Adele has extensive UK and international experience in institutional equity sales and research, hedge and long-only fund marketing and investor relations for a mixture of financial boutiques and investment banks including UBS (Phillips & Drew and Warburgs). She was ranked number one as a European internet analyst at Commerzbank by finance directors in the 2001 Reuters Survey. More recently, Adele worked in the corporate broking team at Evolution Securities on investor relations for small and mid-cap companies in industries including mining and oil & gas. Adele is a graduate of Oxford University.
Family Offices
Simon Piggott was a Director of Finance & Investment for the SEE Property Fund and a Senior Advisor to Lehner Investments, Monaco. He was Chairman and Director of the Boka Fund from 2005-2008, the leading Residential Property Fund in Montenegro. Chaired the Investment and Oversight Committee from inception and was involved closely with Finance and Institutional Investor relations for the Fund. He has also had a long career in Wealth Management having filled the roles of Senior Client Manager with Lloyds TSB Bank and HSBC in Monaco and Head of Italian Department for Merrill Lynch. He holds a B.A. Hons. from University College London and an M.A. from Milan University. Simon is bilingual English-Italian and speaks fluent French and Spanish.
